Information
ORDERS:
Orders are accepted by fax, mail or email - art@amerpen.com.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS:
All orders are acknowledged upon receipt by fax. Any discrepancies
will be dealt with at that time.
CREDIT
CARDS:
Mastercard, Visa and American Express are accepted.
ARTWORK:
Camera-ready (clear black and white) artwork is required otherwise
artwork charge of $25.00 per hour will apply. Multi-Colored jobs
should be color separated. Artwork cannot be sent by fax. Electronic
Artwork can be accepted via the internet - Adobe Illustrator, or
Adobe Photoshop. All E-mail art should be solid black and white
- no halftone, or color.
SET
UP CHARGE: $30.00/G
ASSORTED COLORS : There is a minimum of 100 per color.
PRODUCTION
TIME:
Standard service is 10 working days. (5 Day Service is available
upon request without charge). Service is based on a five day work
week not including holidays or weekends.
Production time will begin after approval of art and credit.
Rush 24 hour service available, please inquire.
CANCELLATIONS
OR CHANGES: All orders are considered firm and can only
be canceled or changed in writing via fax. Any items imprinted before
cancellation or change will be
billed accordingly.
PROOFS: On paper (via fax) no extra charge. On sample item, a flat charge
of $20.00 plus shipping will apply. Production time will begin after
approval of proof.
CATALOGS: Additional catalogs will be sent free of charge upon request.
SHIPPING: FOB New York. UPS Ground unless otherwise indicated in order. All
shipments will be insured and charges will be included in shipping
costs. Factory cannot be held responsible for meeting deadlines on UPS due to shipping delays. Special
occasion dates we suggest using air service.
OVER
AND UNDER-RUNS:
Maximum effort is made to ship orders the exact quantity. However,
on occasion we reserve the right to ship up to 5% over or under
and will bill accordingly.
REPEAT
ORDER:
Please specify all details possible, also your and our previous
invoice/order numbers.
RETURNS:
The factory must be notified prior returns of merchandise. Merchandise
returned without authorization will be refused. Any defective merchandise
will be immediately replaced - only the quantity returned.
CO-OP
PROGRAMS: Quotations upon request.
